DIRECTIONS TO MERCHANTVILLE, NEW JERSEY
 
Merchantville is geographically located between Cherry Hill and Pennsauken, New Jersey.  It is approximately 7 
minutes from Center City Philadelphia, and one mile from the Cherry Hill Mall.  It is easily accessible from Routes 
30, 130, 38, 70, the New Jersey Turnpike or Interstate 295.
 
FROM PHILADELPHIA:
 
Take the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to New Jersey.  Follow Route 30 East to Route 38 East.  Exit Route 38 at 
Cuthbert Boulevard North.  Follow Cuthbert to the end, where it intersects with Chapel Avenue 
(landmark - Nando’s Pizza).  Turn left onto Chapel Avenue.  You will immediately see the Merchantville Circle.  
Bear to the right of the circle onto Centre Street.  Turn left at the first traffic light, which is Maple Avenue 
(Route 537).  Turn right onto Alexander Avenue.  At the stop sign, turn right onto Chestnut Avenue; the registration 
booth will be on your left.  
 
FROM NEW YORK AND POINTS NORTH:
 
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4 (Mount Laurel).  Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West.  
Exit Route 38 at Cuthbert Boulevard North.  Follow Cuthbert to the end, where it intersects with Chapel Avenue 
(landmark - Nando’s Pizza).  Turn left onto Chapel Avenue.  You will immediately see the Merchantville Circle.  
Bear to the right of the circle onto Centre Street. Turn left at the first traffic light, which is Maple Avenue 
(Route 537).  Turn right onto Alexander Avenue.  At the stop sign, turn right onto Chestnut Avenue; the registration 
booth will be on your left.
 
FROM CENTRAL NEW JERSEY:
 
Take 295 South to Exit 36 (Mount Laurel).  Take Route 38 West to Cuthbert Boulevard North.  Follow Cuthbert to 
the end, where it intersects with Chapel Avenue (landmark - Nando’s Pizza).  Turn left onto Chapel Avenue.  You will 
immediately see the Merchantville Circle.  Bear to the right of the circle onto Centre Street.Turn left at the first 
traffic light, which is Maple Avenue (Route 537).  Turn right onto Alexander Avenue.  At the stop sign, turn right onto 
Chestnut Avenue; the registration booth will be on your left.
 
FROM WILMINGTON AND POINTS SOUTH:
 
Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 4 (Mount Laurel).  Take Route 73 North to Route 38 West.  Exit 
Route 38 at Cuthbert Boulevard North.  Follow Cuthbert to the end, where it intersects with Chapel Avenue

WILMINGTON AND POINTS SOUTH (ALTERNATIVE ROUTE):
 
Take 295 North to Exit 34B (Cherry Hill).  Take Route 70 West to Cuthbert Boulevard North.  Follow Cuthbert to 
the end, where it intersects with Chapel Avenue (landmark - Nando’s Pizza).  Turn left onto Chapel Avenue.  You will
 immediately see the Merchantville Circle.  Bear to the right of the circle onto Centre Street.  Turn left at the first
 traffic light, which is Maple Avenue (Route 537).  Turn right onto Alexander Avenue.  At the stop sign, turn right 
onto Chestnut Avenue; the registration booth will be on your left.
 
DIRECTIONS FOR SETTING UP
 
Follow the enclosed map to the Parking Area where officials will direct you to the staging area.  PLEASE follow 
below instructions for staging.  DO NOT GO TO STAGING AREA BEFORE CHECKING IN.  YOU WILL BE SENT 
BACK!
 
The following times will be strictly adhered to.  If you are not on site at your specified time, you will be requested 
to wait until 8:15 a.m.  Please place your exhibitor tag number in your front windshield when driving onto the festival
 site. 
 
Numbers 1 through 15 must arrive between 6:15 a.m. and 6:45 a.m. with your BLUE booth card in your front windshield.
 
Numbers 16 through 30 must arrive between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. with your PINK booth card in your front windshield.
 
Numbers 31 through 45 must arrive between 7:15 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. with your GREEN booth card in your front windshield.
 
Numbers 46 through 60 must arrive between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. with your WHITE booth card in your front windshield.  
 
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST UNLOAD AND IMMEDIATELY MOVE THIER VEHICLES TO THE PARKING AREA.  
THIS WILL ALLOW THE SET UP TO GO SMOOTHLY AND FAIRLY FOR ALL.  DO NOT BEGIN TO SET UP 
WHILE YOUR VEHICLE IS STILL IN THE STREET.  IF YOU NEED HELP, ASK A VOLUNTEER.
